The Almaterra Ibiza Foundation invites companies to collaborate in

two different ways, tailored to your capabilities or level of involvement: 


  • as PARTNER COMPANIES, through regular and ongoing contributions,
  • as SPONSORING COMPANIES, supporting the execution and viability of specific programs or projects.

Partner companies

Becoming a partner company of the Almaterra Ibiza Foundation is a straightforward and ongoing way to support the emotional well-being of the community.

Partner companies contribute, through a monthly donation adapted to the realities of small and medium-sized enterprises, to sustain the community mental health prevention and support programs developed by the Foundation.

Every contribution, however small it may seem, helps to foster continuity, community, and care.

Companies and organisations that wish to establish a more specific form of collaboration may do so by sponsoring specific programmes, projects, or lines of work. Sponsorship makes it possible to support the development of activities for a quarter, a semester, or a full year, as well as to create partnerships tailored to shared interests and values. Frequently asked questions about the tax deduction system for companies

Tax benefits for donations are available to both individuals and companies that are tax resident in Spain.

In general, any natural or legal person who makes a donation to a foundation, NGO or entity covered by the special tax regime regulated by Law 49/2002, can benefit from deductions in their tax return.

For the donation to be deductible, the receiving foundation or entity must be included in the list of organizations that meet the necessary requirements for the contributions received to be eligible for tax deduction.

The main characteristics of the deductions for companies are:

  • Deduction of 40% of the base of the deduction, provided that the amount donated does not exceed 15% of the taxable base of the company.
  • If the total donation exceeds that 15%, the excess can be applied in the following ten fiscal years.

This allows companies that support with donations to also plan their fiscal impact over time.

In Spain, the general regulations on tax deductions apply in most of the territory, but there are some important differences depending on the autonomous community where you reside or pay taxes.

In particular, Navarre and the Basque Country have another deduction regime, so if you reside there, you should consult it specifically.

  1. Donation certificate: As a receiving entity, we must issue a certificate that accredits the donation, indicating the amount donated, the date, and that it meets the legal requirements to be deductible. This document will be key when filing the income tax or corporate tax return.
  2. Irrevocable donation: The donation must be definitive, without expecting to receive anything in return.

Frequently asked questions about the procedure to become a collaborating company

By becoming a collaborating company, you become part of our community, with your contribution you help us to maintain and create new therapeutic programs and sow the seed to be able to dedicate ourselves to investing in actions and resources for the prevention of mental health of the entire community.

To become a collaborating company you must follow the following process:

  1. Click the form request button, enter the company details, select the type of collaboration or the specific amount you want to donate, the frequency of the fee and send the form to administracion@fundacionalamaterra.org.
  2. When we receive it, we will write to you to confirm the collaboration and the instructions to make the payment on our secure payment platform.
  3. We will send you a confirmation email, as well as the donation certificate for the deduction of corporation tax.

You will already be a collaborating company, so if you have checked the box to subscribe to our Newsletter on the form, we will keep you updated with the progress of our activities and resources. This way you can follow the impact of your contributions.

If you made the donation through the DONA Form, the donation is a one-time donation, so it does not imply recurrence in any case.

If, on the other hand, you want your donation to be annual, you only have to write us an email to: administracion@fundacionalmaterra.org indicating your request and you will receive the instructions so that we can configure the annual option.

If you have indicated a one-off donation on the form, you will not need to unsubscribe, and if you have indicated a monthly or annual payment, you can unsubscribe at any time. You only have to write us an email to: administracion@fundacionalmaterra.org indicating your request and you will receive confirmation of your cancellation in 24/48h. At that time, the annual/monthly membership fee that you were contributing will be interrupted.

  • We will inform you periodically about our progress and projects, if you prefer not to receive our news, you only have to express it in the form.
  • You will benefit from the creation of content in our web Blog through resources, articles, videos for the prevention of mental health.
  • You will be a fundamental part of the Almaterra Ibiza community.
  • We will invite you to free activities when our therapeutic center is available.
