This group offers a progressive introduction to the practice of meditation and the clinical use of mindfulness techniques, aimed at reducing stress, improving quality of life, and fostering greater mental clarity.
The group will operate on a weekly or bi-weekly basis (depending on final organization), with short sessions and a very practical approach. No prior experience is necessary; only interest and openness to exploring new ways of relating to oneself is required.
Throughout the sessions, basic techniques of breathing, guided meditation, body awareness, and observation of thoughts and emotions will be taught. The idea is that each participant can take away simple resources to apply in their daily life.
It is aimed at people who wish to incorporate emotional regulation and self-care tools into their daily lives, regardless of their previous experience. It is a quiet space, guided step by step, which seeks to promote greater
personal well-being and encourage healthy habits of emotional regulation.
