Grief Support and Accompaniment Group

The Grief Support Group is a space for emotional accompaniment designed to function as a safe, confidential, respectful, and welcoming environment where you can share, understand, and process the pain associated with loss in a sustained manner and with professional support.

We understand grief as a broad process that is not limited to the loss of loved ones. Grief also encompasses other forms of farewell that can generate a profound impact, such as affective breakups, significant life changes, or the loss of health, work, or essential bonds. Each experience is unique, and this group seeks to accompany that diversity of experiences.

The sessions focus on offering tools to integrate the grieving process, understand its different stages, and alleviate the emotional burden that may accompany it. The creation of a safe and confidential space guided by specialized therapists favors emotional expression and mutual support among the participating individuals.

The group is aimed at people of legal age. It will take place twice a month, preferably at a fixed time. Regular attendance can be beneficial while going through the process, although it is not mandatory to attend all sessions. Each person can join according to their pace and availability.

It is an open and accessible group, suitable for anyone who feels the need to have a shared space to advance in their grieving process and find therapeutic support.
