Mental Health Program for Children, Adolescents, and Adults
Caring for mental health together in Ibiza: coordination, proximity, and professional support
We work with an integrative approach, combining psychological intervention, psychoeducation, and community support.
We emphasize accessibility, safety, and inter-institutional coordination, so that each person has a clear path, realistic goals, and a team oriented to optimize the healing process of each person.
Therapeutic support group for child and adolescent mental health
We address frequent difficulties in childhood and adolescence, such as anxiety management, severe mood disorders, emotional regulation and behavioral problems, somatization, low self-esteem, peer relationships, bullying situations, grief, and life changes.
We always propose intervention in coordination with the health and educational resources of the island of Ibiza, applying safety and referral protocols when necessary.
Therapeutic support group for adult mental health
We offer a stable and continuous therapeutic space to support and treat processes of generalized anxiety, panic, chronic stress, depression, grief and trauma, relational and couple/family difficulties, problematic substance use and addictions, insomnia and somatization, as well as coping with life crises. We propose an approach from an integrative perspective, focused on realistic goals in coordination with primary care and island mental health services.

Multifamily Group Therapy (MFGT)
A place to share experiences and reduce the isolation of families
Multifamily Therapy Groups are group support spaces for family members and reference persons of those living with a mental health problem. MFGT facilitates meetings for psychoeducation, communication and crisis management tools, as well as guidelines for setting limits and promoting self-care for family members of people suffering from a mental health disorder.
The sessions, facilitated by professionals, seek to improve coexistence and daily support, strengthen the family network, and support the therapeutic plan of the person being cared for.
