for senior citizens,
designed to facilitate their active participation in community life and prevent unwanted loneliness.

Caring for senior citizens is a community responsibility and an opportunity to strengthen bonds, health, and a sense of belonging.

We work to maintain autonomy, prevent avoidable deterioration, and reduce unwanted loneliness, offering spaces to continue learning, connecting, and contributing value to the community.

We deeply value the role of senior citizens as guardians of memory and connection to the land.

Grandparent Mentors Program

We recover and value the experience of senior citizens as mentors and transmitters of knowledge. We design activities where grandparent mentors can share trades, life stories, traditions, cooking, or the management of gardens with younger people, generating recognition, purpose, and community cohesion.

We support the participants with training and assistance, ensuring safe and respectful environments that promote active participation and improve self-esteem.

Intergenerational Therapy

We create structured meetings between senior citizens and young people to work on common projects and share experiences and values.

These sessions reduce stereotypes, improve empathy and social skills in both groups, and strengthen the community. The proposal is aimed at supporting the joint creation of activities and dynamics of cooperation. The execution is based on setting clear objectives and applying the necessary adjustments during the process to ensure that the benefit is mutual and sustainable.

In this program, group workshops are developed with senior citizens to train memory, attention, and executive functions. The sessions alternate between the presentation and training of healthy lifestyle habits, body exercise through gentle movements, and emotional psychoeducation. The social component is central: creating routines, sharing tasks, and maintaining small projects to improve mood and protect senior citizens from unwanted loneliness.
