integrative trauma psychotherapy, respecting the rhythm and process of each person to make contact with their vulnerability, as a necessary starting point to integrate pain and generate new narratives of the present and the future. We work from creativity, empowerment, and support for decision-making: we co-design activities with minors so that they discover what helps them feel better, gain agency, and build protective habits promote the incorporation of activities in natural environments -guided hiking, environmental education, animal-assisted therapy, and intergenerational therapy- as tools for regulation, strengthening
