Introducing the prevention and promotion activities for community mental health by the Almaterra Ibiza Foundation. <\/span><\/h5>
This new space is created with the intention of offering accessible and open therapeutic proposals, aimed at strengthening the psychological well-being of the community.<\/span><\/h5>
In this section, you will find the different groups that we will be launching, all of them coordinated by professionals and designed to promote mutual support, personal awareness, and emotional care. These activities are open to the public and designed to accompany different needs and vital moments. <\/span><\/h5>

Registration is essential for each session<\/strong><\/h5>
In order to properly support each person, we need to know who will attend each group.<\/h5>
Registration for each session allows us to:<\/h5>
\u2022 organise the available places,
\u2022 adapt the content to real needs,
\u2022 maintain a safe, well-managed space,
\u2022 contact you when necessary.<\/h5>
It is the way to guarantee responsible, careful and quality support.<\/h5>

Minimum donation and voluntary contributions<\/strong><\/h5>

We request a symbolic minimum donation to confirm your registration. This donation is not a payment for the activity, but a contribution to sustain the community project of the Almaterra Ibiza Foundation. <\/h5>
With your contribution, you help to:
\u2022 manage the programmes,
\u2022 coordinate the groups,
\u2022 prepare new projects,
\u2022 ensure the continuity of a project that is accessible to the whole community.<\/h5>
If you can donate beyond the symbolic, you allow those who do not have resources to access the groups. Responsible donation makes it possible for these therapeutic and community spaces to be accessible to all people. <\/h5>

Voluntary participation<\/strong><\/h5>
Participating, speaking, or sharing is always optional.
There will be proposals, exercises, and group activities, but each person may take part only if they wish.
We always respect each person\u2019s pace and each individual process.<\/h5>

What to bring \/ How to prepare<\/strong><\/h5>
After confirming your place, you will receive a message with specific guidance depending on the group:\u2022 what to bring,
\u2022 how to prepare,
\u2022 optional materials, if any,
\u2022 recommendations for the practice space.<\/h5>
It will always be something simple and accessible.<\/h5>
<\/h5>
Limited places<\/strong><\/h5>
The groups have a reduced number of places to guarantee close, safe and quality support. If the group is full, we will activate a waiting list in order of registration. <\/h5>

Previous communication<\/strong><\/h5>
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation message with:<\/h5>

\u2022 the group\u2019s basic information,
\u2022 location and schedule,
\u2022 and any guidance required before the session.<\/h5>
