Minors may participate, provided they are accompanied by an adult family member. The objective is to offer emotional support, guidance, and practical tools to cope with the support process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3a802a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c3a802a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Often, family members of people with mental disorders carry a heavy emotional and logistical burden and may feel overwhelmed or isolated. This group seeks to alleviate that burden through professional support and the strength of peer support. Listening to other people who are experiencing similar situations can be a valuable source of understanding and relief.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-426f31b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"426f31b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>During the sessions, aspects such as communication within the family, crisis management, healthy boundaries, understanding the disorder, and the importance of self-care for caregivers will be addressed. All of this will be approached from a respectful, close, and tailored framework for each family&#8217;s reality.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08075f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"08075f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>It is an open space that does not require prior knowledge. Each participant may attend according to their availability, finding a place where they feel accompanied and understood. While the minimum donation for the first session is \u20ac1, we appeal to each person to contribute a reasonable donation to the extent of their possibilities.
