Resource Program to reduce stress through mindfulness

This group offers a progressive introduction to the practice of mindfulness. It is designed to train skills to reduce stress, improve quality of life, and promote greater mental clarity and emotional regulation.

The group will operate on a bi-weekly format, with two-hour sessions and a practical approach. No prior experience is necessary; only interest and openness to exploring new ways of relating to oneself are required.

Throughout the sessions, basic techniques of breathing, guided meditation, body awareness, and observation of thoughts and emotions will be taught. The goal is for each participant to acquire simple resources to apply in their daily life.

It is aimed at adults who wish to incorporate tools for emotional regulation and self-care into their daily lives, regardless of their prior experience. This is a quiet, safe space, guided step by step, that seeks to promote greater personal well-being and encourage healthy habits of emotional regulation.
